We’re searching for a Skopje-based Engineering Manager to join our R&D Engineering team so that we can strengthen operational performance, compliance maturity, and reliability of our engineering platforms.

The Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to RLDatix’s mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Coordinate daily engineering operations to ensure effective team performance, policy compliance, and continuous improvement in workflow efficiency.
  • Analyse operational and technical data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and drive informed process optimization decisions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex engineering issues across software, infrastructure, and data environments, ensuring system reliability and performance stability.
  • Drive delivery excellence by implementing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable engineering practices that enhance quality and speed.
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align engineering efforts with strategic organizational goals.
  • Implement observability and monitoring frameworks that enhance visibility, detect anomalies early, and improve incident response time.
  • Mentor team members, developing both technical and leadership capability while fostering an inclusive and learning‑driven culture.
  • Adapt to ambiguity by translating evolving business needs into flexible technical solutions and agile implementation plans.
