We’re searching for a USA-based Product Manager, Policy to join our Product Management team, so that we can drive innovation and commercial success across our end-to-end policy product. The Product Manager, Policy will own the long-term vision, strategy, and performance of the product line, ensuring customer impact, market differentiation, and strong P&L alignment.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management to maximize commercial performance and market impact
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap to deliver short- and long-term business objectives
  • Communicate strategy and vision to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Define and execute compelling product strategies to drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin
  • Manage product risks and issues to ensure successful delivery and market outcomes

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Proven experience owning a healthcare SaaS product end to end as a Product Manager
  • Success in creating and executing product strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
  • Foundational knowledge of Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
  • In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development practices
  • Ability to commute to local office 2-3 days per week; travel within North America approximately once per quarter
  • A knack for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
