RLDatix is seeking a People Data Analyst to join the Organisation Effectiveness & People Analytics team. You will own monthly reporting on headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, absence and organisational trends, turning data into actionable insights for leadership.
Based in Skopje with hybrid flexibility, you will build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, validate data quality, and collaborate with People, Finance and business stakeholders to drive better data-informed decisions.
