We're searching for a London-based Senior Product Manager, RLD Intelligence to join our International Product team, so that we can transform our unified data platform into compelling, market-facing intelligence products. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-user proposition, experience, and market positioning for RLD Intelligence across our portfolio — translating benchmarking, insights, and AI-enabled recommendations into products that deliver measurable customer outcomes and establish RLD Intelligence as a core growth driver for RLDatix.

RLD Intelligence is the insight and intervention layer delivered across workforce, temporary staffing, safety, and compliance solutions. Powered by the RLDatix data platform, this is a market-facing product role focused on translating platform capabilities into differentiated user experiences, actionable insights, and new commercial opportunities. Initially focused on the UK and international markets, the role is expected to expand to global scope, with a future transition to report to the Chief Product Officer.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Defining the RLD Intelligence end-user proposition and experience across the RLDatix portfolio to drive differentiated, data-driven customer value
  • Translating data platform capabilities into market-facing intelligence products and AI-enabled interventions that improve workforce efficiency, safety, and operational outcomes
  • Driving persona-based experiences for operational leaders, executives, and frontline users in order to accelerate adoption across user groups
  • Designing conversational and AI copilot experiences embedded across the RLD Intelligence layer
  • Partnering with the data platform product manager and Head of AI Product Management to deliver scalable intelligence capabilities
  • Establishing RLD Intelligence positioning, packaging, and value proposition across the UK and international markets to fuel UKI growth
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities, products, and commercial offerings derived from RLDatix data, including benchmarking and intelligence-driven solutions

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior-level product management experience in analytics, data, or AI-driven products
  • Proven success in defining end-user data products or intelligence platforms and translating platform capabilities into customer-facing propositions
  • In-depth knowledge on how to design persona-based user experiences across multiple product domains
  • Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis
  • Sincere interest in healthcare technology, workforce solutions, or the potential of AI and benchmarking to transform care delivery
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, international product organisation
  • Preferred: exposure to AI or conversational product experiences, benchmarking or analytics products, Databricks or modern data platform environments, and enterprise SaaS product strategy
