As Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful operational delivery of customer programmes. Working closely with the Operations Director and cross-functional internal teams, you’ll help drive actions forward and ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing customer tickets and operational requests
• Tracking action plans and ensuring deliverables are completed
• Preparing reporting packs and customer updates
• Supporting QBRs and MBRs
• Coordinating across internal teams to drive operational performance
• Building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
