Our client is a circularity technology platform that enables brands to participate in the resale economy directly from their ecommerce environments. Operating at the intersection of technology, fashion, and sustainability, the company is now entering a new phase of growth and scaling its platform and team.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and user experience. You will define product direction, manage the roadmap, and drive the development of solutions that deliver value to brands, marketplaces, and end customers. Working closely with engineering, commercial, and operations teams, you will lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and development to launch and iteration. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with a distributed engineering team. This is a fully remote role with significant influence on product strategy and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the product vision aligned with company growth
  • Build and manage a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap
  • Identify opportunities across ecommerce, resale infrastructure, and marketplace integrations
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
  • Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products
  • Own the end-to-end user journey across integrations and resale flows
  • Drive intuitive, high-converting customer experiences
  • Contribute to UX thinking, wireframes, and product design decisions
  • Define and track product KPIs
  • Use data and experimentation to guide prioritisation and improvements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or product design, with clear ownership of shipped products
  • Experience designing and delivering strong UX experiences
  • Background in ecommerce, marketplaces, or retail technology is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience building and scaling B2B or platform-based products
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
