After a strong year of growth with our UK and European clients, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join us in Market Harborough. This role sits at the centre of our delivery engine and will be a key point of contact for clients and candidates across the UK and Europe. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll help ensure every search is delivered with pace, care, and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting clients, building trusted relationships, contributing directly to successful hires, and who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing allocated searches and sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including job boards and social media
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, motivations, and suitability for open roles
- Sharing CVs with clients and supporting interview scheduling and offer management
- Acting as a reliable point of coordination throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
- Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate call notes and documentation
What You Need to Have
- Experience in a customer-facing role, including managing expectations and influencing outcomes
- A confident, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- A competitive, engaging personality with a genuine interest in people and delivering exceptional service
- Comfort using MS Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and video conferencing tools
