What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading shared service functions that support key business operations.
• Driving efficiency and excellence across claims processing, Health & Safety, and network optimization.
• Building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Managing a £300M+ budget, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring full compliance across operations.
• Partnering with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and contribute to key governance forums.
