As we expand our tech recruitment offering, we are seeking a commercially driven 360 Tech Recruiter to help build client partnerships and deliver outstanding talent solutions end to end.

As a 360 Tech Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both the client and candidate sides. You will be responsible for winning new tech hiring clients, understanding their technical needs, sourcing and placing top-tier tech talent, and contributing directly to the growth of the company. This role is ideal for someone who understands the tech hiring landscape and enjoys combining business development with hands-on recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
    • Identify, approach, and onboard new tech hiring clients including startups, scale-ups, and established organisations
    • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Leads, and Hiring Managers
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand technical requirements, hiring plans, and timelines
    • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
    • Negotiate recruitment fees, terms, and service agreements
    • Manage client accounts to drive repeat, retained, and referral business
  • Tech Recruitment & Talent Delivery
    • Manage end-to-end tech recruitment processes from role briefing to placement
    • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
    • Recruit across roles such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, and Cybersecurity professionals
    • Screen CVs, conduct pre-screen and technical interviews, and assess candidate suitability
    • Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through offer and onboarding stages
    • Build long-term candidate relationships to support future placements
  • Pipeline, Performance & Growth
    • Build and maintain strong tech talent pipelines aligned to client needs
    • Track recruitment activity, placements, and revenue performance
    • Maintain accurate records using ATS and CRM systems
    • Support employer branding, job adverts, and recruitment campaigns across the wider RKY Group
    • Contribute ideas to strengthen the market positioning and tech recruitment strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or 360 Recruiter within an agency or consultancy
  • Experience managing both client acquisition and candidate delivery
  • Strong understanding of tech roles, skills, and hiring processes
  • Commercial mindset with confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
Desirable
  • Experience recruiting for UK or international tech markets
  • Existing network of tech hiring managers or decision-makers
  • Experience recruiting for remote or global roles
  • Background in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
