Description
RKW Ltd is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor, to join the Team, located at our Distribution Centre in Stone, Staffordshire, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Based primarily with the Rework function, as a Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating daily activities, managing a team of warehouse staff members, maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety and ensuring the timely completion of all required tasks within the Goods-In function.

The Rework team is involved in making sure stock can be sold to new markets, including modifying parts,or as different sets and bundles requiring new packaging / labelling.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Ensure all processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements
- Ensure daily ecommerce targets/SLA’s are met
- Supervise the day to day management of staff within the department
- Monitor KPI’s making sure high level of efficiency and continuous improvements
- Help to resolve customers’ complaints; dealing with shortages/overage claims
- Control the use/replenishment of consumables
- Manage development/training of staff ensuring maximum flexibility/holiday cover
- Ensure effective control of absence/sickness/annual leave/timekeeping
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, people management skills
- Assist in any other role/dept depending on workload as per Warehouse Manager’s request
In addition to the above, you will be required to perform any other duties as required by the Warehouse shift managers to ensure the efficient and consistent performance of the warehouse and logistics operation.
