Description
RKW Ltd has a new vacancy for Sales Coordinator, in our Direct Dispatch team, working with Dropship / Independent Online B2C clients.
We’re looking for someone with good customer contact skills – and the ability to manage multiple processes concurrently.
You will join a dynamic sales office, taking ownership of designated customer accounts, coordinating the end to end sales process, including setting up listings for Ebay and Marketplace, monitoring pricing, processing orders and handling post-sales activities such as returns and credits.
Part of the Sutton Venture Group, RKW was established in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength. We have ambitious growth plans and seek an ambitious candidate to help us continue to succeed and help us achieve our vision for the future.
Skills and Desirables :
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a sales / order processing role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel are desirable)
- Be able to take ownership of your own workload
- Be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be flexible and eager to learn
