RKW Ltd is growing its E-Commerce team, with the appointment of an additional Data & Insights Assistant. We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, a head for numbers and experience with various Excel functions, with knowledge of Power BI an advantage, although BI training can be provided. The role will be to assist this key business function with all administrative duties working cross-functionally with other internal teams as well as liaising with customers as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively supporting eCommerce Data & Insights executive alongside the eCommerce Director(s) and National Account Managers with day-to-day account administration.
  • Support in daily & weekly communications with internal teams.
  • Set up, maintain & help analyse key reports & trackers on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Open & monitor service tickets, to resolve catalogue and product issues, customer questions and item maintenance requests.
  • Load promotional detail into the relevant app.
  • Collect and organise data from customers.
  • Monitor promotional activity, ensuring all promotional pages and banners are live, accurate, and functioning correctly.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of clerical/general office experience in a sales environment.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • High attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
