Do you have experience in Sales Order Processing, handling high-volume B2B orders or complex B2C orders? Are you in a Sales Administration position and looking for a new challenge? RKW is looking to add to our Sales Team, with a highly skilled Sales Order Processor to take on the processing of fulfilment criteria for some of our primary retail customers, including National Accounts.

If you're working as a Sales Administrator, Service Coordinator, Parts Advisor, or in a Customer Service role that includes Order Processing, we want to hear from you. This position will involve working closely with the National Account Managers to ensure all orders and planned promotions are processed accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer support from start to finish.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage the business's National Accounts, providing support to the National Account Managers and Sales Directors
  • Process orders accurately with 100% fulfilment where possible ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Handle customer requests – line forms, images, specs, QA requirements, data analysis; this involves liaising with all internal departments to acquire information
  • Digesting supplier manuals and accurately inputting requirements into the system
  • Ensuring customers' re-work requirements are met and communicated to the relevant departments
  • Attending meetings with customers to discuss stock levels, future buy availability and service efficiency
  • Handling customer queries – delivery discrepancies, price queries and other account queries
  • Ensuring backorders are completed on a weekly basis and orders are updated accordingly
  • Work as part of a team & support colleagues where possible, provide holiday cover and support to the team in the absence of the supervisor
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Processing of reports to ensure orders have been processed accurately and with 100% fulfilment where possible
  • Working effectively to ensure deadlines are met

Previous experience of B2B Order Processing and Account Support is required. Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools (i.e. Microsoft software including Advanced Excel functions, Outlook and PowerPoint) is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, excellent time management and organisation, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.
