The Role
You’ll be carrying out a mix of testing, maintenance, and installation works, including EICRs and remedial works, across domestic and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Fault finding and remedial works
- Domestic & commercial electrical installations
- Working in occupied and unoccupied properties
- Liaising professionally with clients, tenants, and agents
- Completing job reports and certification accurately
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 or equivalent testing & inspection (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards of workmanship and compliance
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience carrying out EICRs
- Domestic & commercial experience
- NICEIC registered experience (Training can be provided for the right candidate.)
