(Circa 21 hours a week) Outline Job Description: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working in a small finance team you’ll be involved with the following duties: Processing the Purchase Ledger; matching, batching & coding the invoices Dealing with invoices queries by telephone & email Bank reconciliations & cashbook Credit Control; chasing debt by telephone, letter & email Carry out various administrative tasks to support the finance function The ideal candidate will have experience of Sage and be willing to take on additional finance duties to develop the role.
