My client is looking for a talented junior solicitor to join their highly respected clinical negligence team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work who is ready to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with senior solicitors on a varied caseload, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of clinical negligence claims—from initial enquiries and investigations to settlement negotiations and litigation.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting senior team members with the management of clinical negligence files
  • Conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other stakeholders
  • Reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies
  • Supporting the team with case preparation for conferences, mediations, and hearings
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
