You will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of claimant employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing claimant employment caseload
  • Manning the Advice line and providing legal advice to Union officers
  • Support business development and union relationship management
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
  • Strong track record in claimant employment law
  • Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable
  • Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
  • Passion for employee rights and social justice
