Responsibilities

  • Managing an independent claimant caseload of moderate to high-value Personal Injury matters - primarily EL and PL
  • Investigating complex medical issues, applying medical evidence to the law effectively to protect client interests
  • Managing file finances diligently, including WIP, disbursements, billing, and meeting or exceeding set financial targets
  • Supervising junior fee earners and support staff

Requirements

  • Grade A Solicitor (8 years PQE+) or CILEX with extensive experience in EL/PL and high-quality claimant Personal Injury litigation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Highly IT literate, ideally with experience using Solicitors Case Management Systems
