We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Lead to shape and deliver Bravissimo’s in-store visual identity.

You’ll ensure our shop environments are inspiring, consistent and customer-focused, working closely with Brand, Design, Product, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all window displays across the estate, from briefing design agencies to final implementation.
  • Produce clear VM guidelines and communication for shops, ensuring consistent execution.
  • Develop layout principles and visual standards that elevate product presentation and customer experience.
  • Maintain and manage VM equipment, fixtures and fittings across all shops.
  • Respond to shop queries, range changes and sell-through impacts.
  • Partner with Cluster Managers and Retail Operations to coach and embed VM standards.
  • Support new shop openings, refurbishments and re-sites with effective merchandising solutions.
  • Manage the VM budget and plan resources for future developments.
  • Regularly visit shops to stay close to customer needs and feedback.

About You

  • Experience leading VM across a retail estate.
  • Confident project leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in producing design-led printed materials and working with external suppliers.
  • Highly organised, proactive and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
  • IT literate (Excel & Power Point) and flexible to travel across the UK
