Visual Merchandising Lead Head Office | Hybrid We re looking for a Visual Merchandising Lead to shape and deliver Bravissimo s in-store visual identity. You ll ensure our shop environments are inspiring, consistent and customer-focused, working closely with Brand, Design, Product, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of all window displays across the estate, from briefing design agencies to final implementation. * Produce clear VM guidelines and communication for shops, ensuring consistent execution. * Develop layout principles and visual standards that elevate product presentation and customer experience. * Maintain and manage VM equipment, fixtures and fittings across all shops. * Respond to shop queries, range changes and sell-through impacts. * Partner with Cluster Managers and Retail Operations to coach and embed VM standards. * Support new shop openings, refurbishments and re-sites with effective merchandising solutions. * Manage the VM budget and plan resources for future developments. * Regularly visit shops to stay close to customer needs and feedback.
