Hours:

* 36 hours per week across 5 days

* Alternate weekends

* 9.30am-5pm opening times

The ideal candidate :

* Will have been a Team Leader/Manager in a quality retail environment, preferably within lifestyle, customer focused brands

* Worked with a product that requires one to one customer service

* Well versed in KPIs and can easily talk with confidence their results

* Worked with: Fashion, Accessories or Footwear

* Above all, passionate about delivering great customer service
