Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results.
- Drive sales performance through effective KPI management and daily floor leadership.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, visual presentation and operational excellence.
- Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
- Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement.
About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and create loyalty.
- Excellent organisational, operational and problem-solving skills.
- Leads from the front, sets the tone and creates a high-energy environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
