An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing and ambitious children's residential care provider. Due to continued expansion, the organisation is seeking a strong leader to oversee both an established 3-bed EBD home and a newly registered 3-bed EBD service. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role within a provider that is committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes for young people. With a supportive senior leadership team already in place, including a Responsible Individual, Head of Service, and existing Registered Manager, you will benefit from strong operational support whilst enjoying the autonomy to shape and develop both services.
