We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring less experienced clinicians, and delivering outstanding patient care. This role offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload including more complex podiatric conditions
- Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Providing clinical leadership and support to junior podiatrists, FHPs, and assistants
- Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Delivering treatment within both clinic and community settings as required
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Contributing to service development and practice growth initiatives
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- HCPC-registered Podiatrist
- BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
- Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
- Confident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently while supporting wider team development
