We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a growing, values-led children's care provider in Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation founded by an incredibly passionate leadership team whose focus is firmly centred on improving outcomes for children and young people rather than profit.

The provider currently operates small therapeutic homes supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma-related needs, with further expansion plans already underway. Their homes are intentionally small occupancy settings, allowing for highly personalised care, stronger relationships, and genuinely therapeutic support for children and young people.

The Role:

  • As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the leadership, development, and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring children receive outstanding levels of care within a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
