Senior Residential Support Worker Childrens Residential Care
Location: Handsworth, Birmingham
Salary: £14.50£15.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off
Start Date: Immediate starts available
We are working with an established and steadily growing provider of childrens residential care, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) across their existing homes, with an additional home for EBD and Learning Disabilities (LD) currently progressing through registration.
With experienced Managers already in place, they are looking to strengthen their teams with impressive Senior Residential Support Workers who can make a genuine difference to the young people they support.
The Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting young people to develop, achieve positive outcomes and feel safe and valued.
You will work alongside the Manager and wider team to maintain a high standard of care, provide positive role modelling and help create a stable, nurturing environment.
