We're working with a well-established architectural studio in Surrey that specialises in high-end bespoke residential projects. Due to an increase in workload, they're looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician on an initial two-month contract to support the team through to September. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who can hit the ground running from day one. With further projects already in the pipeline, there is every possibility that the contract could be extended or develop into a permanent position for the right individual.
The Role
- Working as part of a close-knit architectural team, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality technical drawings using Revit
- Supporting the delivery of bespoke residential projects
- Preparing detailed construction and technical drawing packages
- Working collaboratively with architects and the wider design team
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Maintaining exceptional drawing standards throughout all project stages
About You
We're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact. You'll ideally have:
- Excellent working knowledge of Revit (essential)
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical detailing and drawing production skills
- Previous experience working on residential projects, ideally bespoke private homes
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work from the Surrey office and integrate quickly into the team
