Overview
We have been engaged by an established and expanding care group to support the appointment of a Childrens Service Director (Head of Care) to play a key role in the growth of their Childrens Division. This is a senior, strategic leadership position overseeing multiple childrens homes across the Midlands, with a particular focus on Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire. The role will be supported by a highly experienced Responsible Individual and an existing Head of Childrens Services, forming a strong senior leadership structure. With 28 homes already operating across the wider group, this is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal point of expansion and to influence standards, outcomes, and future growth.
Key Focus of the Role
- Strategic oversight of multiple childrens residential services

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a senior leader who can demonstrate:

- Experience at Head of Care, Service Director, Regional Manager, or equivalent senior level

- The ability to lead, influence, and support managers across multiple sites
