This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll influence the direction of the organisation while supporting services through their journey to becoming high-performing homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the launch, development and ongoing success of a growing portfolio of nursing and dementia care homes.
  • Provide strong operational leadership, ensuring exceptional care standards are embedded from the outset.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience managing a CQC-registered nursing or residential care home.
