We’re looking for compassionate Community Carers to support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. Previous care experience is helpful, but what really matters is your kindness, reliability, and genuine desire to brighten someone’s day.

Package

  • £13.85 – £14.40 per hour (weekday & weekend rates)
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
  • Company pension & mileage allowance
  • Twice-yearly bonus scheme – averaging £1,500+ per year for full-time staff
  • Pool car available for work use
  • Regular team events and supportive 24/7 on‑call support
  • Free uniform and PPE provided

Shift patterns

  • 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • 4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Flexible availability within these shifts
  • Alternate weekends required

Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with personal care and medication
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with daily household tasks to keep homes safe and comfortable
  • Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and confidence
  • Assisting with appointments and communicating with families and professionals
  • Keeping clear and accurate care records, reporting any concerns when needed

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
