We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service. This role focuses on supporting a small number of individuals within the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships.
Package:
- £13.60ph days / £15.08ph waking nights
- 20–30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Assisting with epilepsy management
- Community access and daily living skills
- Working to person-centred support plans

Requirements:
- Experience in learning disabilities essential
- Knowledge of epilepsy support
- Must be a driver with own transport

This is a community‑based role supporting across BA9, BA4 and DT9 postcodes. Regular travel between visits is required. Travel from home to first visit and last visit home is considered standard commute.
