We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established children's residential home in South West London. The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding requirements. You will lead and develop the staff team, oversee care planning, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and ensure children receive the highest possible standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's home
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment

About You

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential home
  • Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
  • Experience leading and developing residential care teams
  • Proven ability to maintain compliance and achieve positive outcomes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
