Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN

  • Previous experience in a care home or clinical setting

  • Strong leadership, communication and teamworking skills

  • Confident in administering medication and developing care plans

  • Committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care

  • Comfortable using digital systems (training provided)

  • Flexible to work days or nights

  • Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care

  • Support the Clinical Lead and Registered Manager in daily operations

  • Administer and record medications safely using EMAR systems

  • Oversee care planning and clinical documentation

  • Mentor and support junior staff to achieve high standards

  • Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs

  • Promote a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all

  • Engage with residents, families and external professionals
