We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Carers to join our growing team, supporting people within their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Shift Patterns

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Carer, You Will:
- Support clients with personal care and medication assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence
- Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
