Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard
- Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
- Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date
