You'll take responsibility for a mix of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional, and responsive service. Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors

  • Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
  • Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date
