We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and growing lettings team in St Austell. You’ll take responsibility for a mix of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional, and responsive service. Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard
- Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
- Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in property, lettings, or a similar customer‑focused role such as holiday homes or hospitality property management, other experience considered
