Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead – Adult LD & Autism | £30,000 – £35,000 | Greater Manchester
Are you an experienced behaviour support professional ready to take on a leadership role in a forward-thinking adult social care provider? We are looking for a PBS Lead to drive positive change across services supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive, person-centred behaviour support plans
- Offer clinical input and case oversight across multiple services
- Provide hands-on guidance, mentoring, and supervision to support staff
- Collaborate with operational leads to embed PBS in everyday practice
- Lead behavioural risk assessments and adapt strategies as needed
- Train and model effective PBS approaches across teams
- Contribute to service planning, audits, and external reviews
- Promote continuous learning and reflective practice at all levels
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a behaviour support or PBS leadership role
- Recognised qualification in PBS, ABA, or a related field
- Confident designing and adapting individualised behaviour support plans
- Experience in adult care settings, specifically with autism and learning disabilities
- Ability to coach and influence teams across various services
- Hold an LDQ or LDF qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
