An exciting and ambitious young practice is seeking a Part II Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team in South London. With a strong pipeline of work, this is an opportunity to take ownership, develop your skills, and gain full project exposure in a supportive and creative environment. What’s on Offer: * Salary between £28,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience) * Full time permanent contract * Autonomy to work across all RIBA stages, especially Stages 4–5 * Projects across residential and education sectors * ongoing support to develop skills and career * A supportive, design-led practice environment The practice is currently delivering a multi-unit residential development, a school refurbishment, and multiple bespoke residential projects, offering the chance to work across a diverse portfolio. Responsibiliteis : * Assisting in the preparation of conceptual design proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for clients. * Producing high-quality drawings, models, and visuals using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Collaborating with senior architects and other consultants to ensure design integrity, technical compliance, and delivery of project goals. * Contributing to the coordination of design information with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. * Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, codes, and best practices. * Participating in design team meetings and internal project reviews. * Managing time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Experience : * At least 2 years’ experience in a UK practice (ideally design-led) * Revit proficiency is essential * Strong experience at RIBA Stage 4 * Confidence working in a smaller office and taking on wider responsibilities * Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to see projects through to completion This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part II or Newly Qualified Architect seeking autonomy, design freedom, and the chance to grow within a small but ambitious studio.
