We’re supporting a values‑led children’s care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new residential children’s home in Orpington. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a service from the ground up, shaping the culture, building your team, and delivering high-quality care to young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the setup, registration, and ongoing management of the home, ensuring it operates in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the home through Ofsted registration and beyond
  • Building and managing a high-performing staff team
  • Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are met at all times
  • Overseeing care planning, risk management, and outcomes for young people
  • Managing budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations

The Ideal Candidate
