We are looking for compassionate, reliable Community Care Assistants to support individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. If you are someone who shows up, cares deeply, and does not shy away from real-world care, we want to hear from you.
Package:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.21 - £13.22 per hour
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Overtime available for those who want it

Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support in the community
- Assisting with personal care, medication support, meals, and daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times
- Building positive, respectful relationships with the people you support
- Working in line with care plans, CQC standards, and company policies
What we are looking for:
- A genuine passion for care (experience is great, but not essential)
- Drivers with access to their own vehicle is essential
- Good communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work across a community rota
