Are you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and ambitious private podiatry practice in Cornwall as a Lead Podiatrist, supporting clinical excellence and helping to develop services across the business. We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring less experienced clinicians, and delivering outstanding patient care. This role offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload including more complex podiatric conditions
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Providing clinical leadership and support to junior podiatrists, FHPs, and assistants
  • Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies, and procedures
  • Delivering treatment within both clinic and community settings as required
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Contributing to service development and practice growth initiatives
  • Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • HCPC-registered Podiatrist
  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
  • Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
  • Confident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditions
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently while supporting wider team development
