We're working with a well-established, close-knit architectural practice in Thame that is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse range of commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' project management experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive studio environment. You'll work closely with experienced architects and senior team members, gaining exposure to projects from inception through to completion.
The Role
As Junior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of multiple architectural projects
- Coordinating programmes, documentation, and project information
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team
- Supporting project delivery from design through to construction
- Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timescales
- Helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Attending client and site meetings where required
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working within a collaborative team. You'll ideally have:
- Around 2-3 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction or built environment sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- A genuine desire to continue developing your career within architecture and construction
