We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-performing childrens residential home in Colchester, Essex. The home supports young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), offering a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where each childs development, safety, and well-being is prioritised.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a childrens residential setting
