Residential Children’s Home Manager – EBD Location: Colchester, Essex | Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 | Full-Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-performing children’s residential home in Colchester, Essex. The home supports young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), offering a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where each child’s development, safety, and well-being is prioritised. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident leader with proven experience managing a children’s home and a passion for creating positive, lasting change in young people’s lives.
