Responsibilities:

You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department, supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the rental process. Duties will include:

  • Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and references
  • Coordinating renewals and tenancy updates
  • Assisting with compliance and legal paperwork
  • Responding to general enquiries by phone and email
  • Supporting with maintenance coordination when needed
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Assisting in growing the lettings portfolio

Requirements:
