Are you ready to step up, lead from the front, and make a real impact in community care? We’re looking for a proactive, organised Team Leader to support our clients’ staff, champion high-quality care, and help keep the service running smoothly.
Package:
- £13.58ph weekdays, £13.78ph weekends

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and oversee day-to-day care delivery, including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Complete assessments, risk reviews and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Support, supervise and develop care staff through meetings, spot checks, mentoring and new starter training.
- Build strong relationships with service users and families, promoting independence and person-centred care.
- Work closely with the office team, handling enquiries, assisting with rotas, and stepping in to deliver care when needed.
- Take shared responsibility for duty cover (including some weekends).
- Represent our values in the community and across our social media presence.
- Be out in the community for up to 80% of your week.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Confident communicator with solid organisational skills.
- Experience in community setting ideally, though other environments will be considered if have previous experience in a similar seniority (supervisory).
- Calm under pressure, reliable, professional and great with people.
- Understanding of good care practice, health & safety, and community care needs.
- Flexible approach with the ability to motivate others and work independently within service guidelines.
