We are working in partnership with a reputable complex care provider to recruit a Regional Nurse Manager to support the delivery and oversight of high-quality, community-based care packages across Cornwall. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of care teams within a growing service.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical management of complex care packages, ensuring care is safe, effective, and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex care packages within the community
- Complete and review clinical assessments, care plans, and risk assessments
- Undertake audits and regular care package reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records, including medication documentation
- Work collaboratively with MDTs and ICBs to support coordinated care delivery
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and ongoing support to care teams
- Ensure adherence to clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory standards
- Participate in an on-call rota, providing clinical advice and support for incidents
Candidate Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Demonstrable experience within complex care and/or community-based services
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and care planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
