Our client, a well-established and growing care provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their services. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and effective team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations of the service
  • Ensuring CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
  • Overseeing recruitment, induction and staff rotas
  • Conducting quality audits and service improvement plans
  • Managing incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Manager in social care
