We are working with a newly established children's care provider to recruit Residential Support Workers for a home in the Derby area. The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, working closely with the wider team to provide consistent and high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting young people in all aspects of their daily lives and development
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, safety and independence
  • Contributing to care planning and risk assessments
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and structured home environment
  • Acting as a positive role model and building trusting relationships
  • Ensuring all safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals
  • Supporting the home to achieve strong Ofsted outcomes

  • Performance-related pay and Ofsted bonuses
  • Sleep-in allowance averaging £4,200 per year
  • Total package up to £34,320
  • Band 2: £30,620 - £31,120 basic salary
  • Performance-related pay and Ofsted bonuses
  • Sleep-in allowance averaging £4,200 per year
  • Total package up to £35,320
