We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients’ team of Community Carers. You will provide essential support to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life.

- Competitive salary: £31,240 per annum for full-time (40 hours) or £12,100 for part-time (16 hours)

As a Community Carer, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live comfortably and securely in their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing companionship and support
- Helping with medication administration (training provided)
- Accompanying clients on appointments, outings, and shopping trips
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A driving license and access to a vehicle (company cars available)
- Flexibility to work shifts (7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm) and alternate weekends
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
